As the Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for key customers to ensure needs and expectations are met. Perform account maintenance by handling customer concerns, account issues, and escalated support inquiries. Provide guidance and suggestions to the customer; identify and qualify new opportunities.

As the Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for key customers to ensure needs and expectations are met. Perform account maintenance by handling customer concerns, account issues, and escalated support inquiries. Provide guidance and suggestions to the customer; identify and qualify new opportunities.
You will contribute by:
- Primary internal contact for designated customers and/or market segments.
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship by working directly with assigned customers and Rittal staff.
- Understand customer application and how Rittal can best support the customer. Globally and Locally
- Evaluate, clarify, and validate the requirements of the customers.
- Responsible for meeting satisfaction ratings of customers - understand the goals of each customer and Rittal’s performance to them.
- Provide feedback to functional departments on performance and work to make improvements to processes to better service.
- Drive on-time performance based on the requirements of the customer utilizing reports and tools.
- Provide technical support by using advanced knowledge of products.
- Process sample/consignment requests to generate new business using appropriate discretion and judgment.
- Maintain and manage quality concerns of customers.
- Assist in customer open order reports - expedite orders and coordinate shipping when necessary.
- Use sales data to determine necessary inventory levels to meet customers’ requirements within the system and tools provided
- Provide Customer Health Reports & Sales forecasts for Management
- Assist in facilitating and maintaining all binding contracts with customers including maintaining pricing and inventory agreements.
- Use C4C to manage quotation status and customer inquiries.
- Participate in customer visits and audits as needed
- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and actions with appropriate levels of urgency
- Other duties as assigned
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
- 2-4 years’ experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment
- Must have experience & intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
